well, if it makes you feel any better, I know exactly how you feel. my advice is to be careful with those credit cards because they add up awfully awfully fast and then BAM! you cant believe theyre as high as they are. Hopefully that check will arrive soon. Have you thought about renting it out anyway? If you could get someone 'handy' in there and trustworthy maybe they could do the repairs in lieu of a free months rent or two. Something to think about. ANd, distraction is definitely good! Sabretooth was on the scifi channel the other night but I only caught one glimpse of JH and then when I checked back on it later he was no where to be seen. Im thinking that bodes well for the tiger but not for his character. ;-)
