Listening to it, I decided that I'll now eagerly await the companion piece, called "That Man is a Girlfriend", with a female singer praising the stereotypically-female attributes of her best friend. I will not, however, hold my breath.

I wish someone would write that song. I, for one, love "girly" drinks and it would be great if there wasn't a stigma associated with drinking them.

The gay marriage amendment vote actually represents progress -- fewer people voted for it this time round. Actually, I wish government would stay out of marriage altogether, for any kind of couple. If everyone had civil unions and marriage is specifically a social/religious construct, we could all stop arguing about it.
