For me it was (well, sort of still *is*) Keanu Reeves. I was a fan before it was cool to be a fan. I was a fan when it was really UNCOOL to be a fan. :D I had a life sized poster of him as Ted on my wall which I had pilfered (read: flirted with the cashier until he gave it to me) from the local video rental store. I kissed it goodnight every night. I had (actually probably still have) a video I had recorded of interviews, and even Paula Abdul's video, Rush Rush. I suffered my way through Johnny Mnemonic for pete's sake! There are still a handful of things he's done that I haven't seen, but I still get a thrill whenever I find out he's doing something new. The Lake House was proof to me that he is worth idolizing. :D Years ago I rented Much Ado About Nothing purely because he was in it. I would never have known then that it would turn into both one of my favorite movies ever and the start of my love for Shakespeare. Shakespeare never made sense until that movie. (That, of course, is mostly to Kenneth Branagh's credit, but K.R. gets some credit cause he kicked ass as Don John.)

I still have the ultimate goal of being in a film with him. It ranks up there with being in some sort of Joss Whedon production.
