We ended up giving Harry away to a lady Chris knows from work who has a better yard and three kids who had more time to spend with a dog (and more experience around one. I've found that I'm definitely a cat person)

And yes, Chris is home now. He talked to our closest neighbor, who was outside at the time. He said he saw the guy in the driveway but thought he was a friend of Chris's.
