The CNN headline is "Actor Heath Ledger has been found dead in a Manhattan apartment, New York police tell CNN."

They don't have any more information than that, and I can't find anything else right now. This is not a good time to not have cable.

I'm still hoping against hope that this is some kind of sick prank. Jesus. He's (was? Dammit) just one day older than my husband. Again-- what the hell?
