11:00-5:30: Make six dozen Oreo truffles, four dozen peanut butter truffles, and two dozen chocolate truffles for Christmas orders

And actually, we've gotten such a good response with the truffles that we've started selling them; if you want to order any sometime just let me know! The chocolate ones are $7 for a couple of dozen, the more complicated ones like the peanut butter are $10 for two dozen, plus a few bucks S&H. :-)
