LOST
Okay, I know we're only five minutes in, but I just have to say:
Jack, you are the dummiest dummy to ever dumb. Enemy prisoner, moron! "She'll answer questions when she's ready. She's under my protection." In other words, "I want to give her plenty of time to come up with whatever manipulative lies she can." Oy VEY.
At least Sayid and Kate are not falling for this. Yay for the smart people.
*hurries back downstairs*
ETA: If he's playing her, some sort of good-cop/bad-cop setup, then I take back what I said. But if he was actually just joking with her about how long it's going to take the rest of his group to 'get over' what she's done and being all cutesy-flirty with someone who oh-so-definitely has her own motives here . . . then yeah. Dumb.
ETA part 2: Okay, apparently he's not playing her. "If this doesn't work-- if something happens to her-- I'm not going to be able to protect you anymore." WTF?? Not anything about how someone you've known for months and are apparently friends with could very soon die, no, but you won't be able to protect Juliet anymore. See this? This is me giving up on Jack until he regrows his brain. If that happens. Because wow.
Though as for Juliet-- I don't trust her one iota, but that bit she pulled with Sayid and Sawyer (and how much did I love that they teamed up to actually try and protect everyone by keeping an eye on her?) was gutsy.
Okay, I think I'm done for the night. Mebbe.
ETA part whatever the heck: Nope. No, I am not done because I KNEW IT. Thank you.

But yes, the lesson of the day was already that boys are stupid, so this should not have surprised me.

It was marvelous.
