Yep, see? He made a comment (and of course it was rude and crassly put) that said that it was unfair that the rape victim was able to maintain her anonymity, but even before they are proven guilty, the accused are put on display to the whole world.
Now I most definitely think that rape victims need to be able to keep their anonymity, but I agree it's unfair that the accused are put on display with no proof that they actually committed the crime. The Duke rape case is one of those that bothers the stew out of me. The case seems to be showing more and more evidence that she lied, and yet she is the only person being protected. All the boys in the situation are on display and will have this follow them for the rest of their lives, even if they didn't do anything wrong.
The whole situation is just giving legitimate rape victims all the more reason to want to stay silent (which is the last thing they should do) because cases like this make people very suspicious when a girl cries rape. The whole thing should have been kept away from the media until things were sorted out.
