Aug. 22nd, 2005 02:03 pmThe joys of trash day. Yuck.
Normally, it's really not that bad. But of course, on the one day that Chris has to go in to work early and is therefore not here to help me, two things happen.
1) As I'm carrying the trash bag to the front door, it rips. Not entirely open, thank goodness, but enough to definitely let me know that some kind of cup got tossed away when it still had liquid in it. Very, very smelly liquid by this time. Ewwwwwwww.
2) We ran out of cat pan liners last week, so I tried to line the box with a trash bag. *That* worked out well. So I dump the litter into the second trash bag as best I can, and then look into the litter box to see Ewwwwwww, the sequel. I rinse out the box in the bathtub, trying to hold my breath.
I am so not cleaning anything for the rest of the day. :-P
