(no subject)
Nov. 1st, 2005 05:40 pmWell, that was my scare for the week. Earlier today Chris and Ashley and I were talking in the living room, and then later we went out into the frontroom and found that the front door was standing open. (the latch didn't catch all the way or something)
Mini-panic ensues when we *cannot* find the cat.
Daisy tends to hide anyway, so we thought, "Okay, probably no big deal, she never tries to get outside anyway so she's probably just holed off somewhere."
Chris went to work, still no sign of her. Ashley went home, still no sign of her. Over three hours go by, her food is not touched, I search all over the house and can't find her. I've just put out a dish of food on the porch and called mom to discuss my upcoming freakout when Daisy strolls up to me, content as can be.
Me-- "Where have you been?!?!?"
So, now that I know she's okay . . . back to writing.
