6. Where are you most comfortable writing? At what time of day? Computer or good ol' pen and paper?
Depends on what type of writing I'm doing. If I'm writing notes on an upcoming book, then it's pen and paper, and most comfortable in the car. We'll go on drives out in the country once in a while and look at the scenery and take pictures of decaying barns and I'll scribble notes.
If I'm actually writing the book, or editing, then in front of the computer.
As for time of day-- late night or very early morning. That way it's before anyone else gets up or after everyone else has gone to bed, and I can concentrate on the book.
