Danny Evans from Pale Moon

Danny is the latest addition to the waitstaff at Abby's. He put “Normal” on his application, but it comes out-- given that it's kindof hard to hide the fact that he's always carrying a little cactus in his apron pocket-- that he's the child of a human man and a dryad. The fact that he carries part of his spirit on the outside of his body made him enough of an oddity that he couldn't fit in with the Normals at school, but it also didn't give him any 'cool' powers. He's been trying to learn enough to become a warlock, with mixed results (Elspeth says that while she understands his reasons, if he summons another horde of gremlins she's going to have to fire him).

He is so, so much fun to write, and he was one of the first characters to pop into my head when I started doing profiles for Pale Moon.
