Ohhhhh my god, but that whole scene with the needle was difficult to watch because I hate needles and I love Sawyer. Nnnn.
But, I am not the only one who loves him! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee for Kate finally saying it! (I've always liked the two of them. Snarky banter = yay.)
Sawyer has a little girl? Aww. Named Clementine. (as in, you are lost and gone forever? Heh) And I thought that the pacemaker might be a fakeout, but I didn't call him working as a snitch on this one.
Okay, so he's kicked the drugs, but Charlie still needs a twelve-step program on how not to be a jealous ass. Yes, Claire is going to talk to other people on the island. Some of them will be men. Can you stop hovering whenever she does so? Gah. (no, I still do not like Charlie and I will not like him until he apologizes for getting all high-and-mighty about Claire's mothering skills and telling Locke she was going to give the baby away, something he had no right to do). :-P
She really seemed sympathetic in the 'hospital' room, but I still trust Juliet about as far as I can throw her.
Ben is so definitely the one with the tumor.
Two islands?! WTF.
This one did not end on a cliffhanger of doom, but I just know the one before the midseason break will. And then I will be flipping the heck out.
