I know! My fear of heights I try to work through on occasion, and I can see opportunities to work through things like a fear of spiders. But if you have a fear of getting eaten by a bear or something . . . yeah.
I'm sort of afraid of heights, and I found free-fall rides at amusement parks used to be helpful, but the older I get, I start wondering about equipment malfunctioning, so now NOTHING helps with that.
