"Savun, 41 year old, is a fisherman. His wife makes fish paste to sell. Their income is $11 per day. He has five children. Three of the children are studying, one is working and one more fishes with him. Every month, he has to spend $50 on food, $10 on electricity, and $40 on school fees. He would like to request a loan of $1,000 to buy fishing equipment for doing fishing. He has a plan for his wife to buy clothes to sell in the market so that she can make more income than in her previous career. Then they would be able to send the rest of their children to study in the university when they finish high school."
