So the truck died when Chris was getting ready to go to work this morning, and so he ended up taking the van. Which meant I couldn't take Kaylee and Ian over to grandma and grandpa's the way I'd said I would last night. Then this happened:

Kaylee: "Let's go to nana and papa's!"
Me: "Well, daddy's got the van today, so we'll have to wait until later to go."
Kaylee: "Hmmm. Well, we can walk to nana and papa's!"
((since that would be a three-mile walk. . .))
Me: "I don't think that'd be a good idea, sweetie."
Kaylee: "Aw, it's okay, mommy, I'll hold your hand!"

This kid, I swear. lol

Heee. Too bad she isn't slightly older. I'd totally walk 3 miles. That's just about an hour's walk.

Yeah, it's not going to be any problem once they're older, but 3-year old + me pushing a stroller = no way. lol
