Hooray for baking

Accomplished today--

1) Peppermint cheesecake

2) Peanut butter tartlets

3) Two pans of fudge


Not accomplished--

1) Peanut butter truffles ((I think I need a silicone mold or something. The plastic ones did not work too well; truffles kept breaking as I tried to pop them out))


To accomplish tomorrow--

1) Oreo truffles

2) Chocolate truffles

3) Possibly some whoopie pies
