Weights (it was raining tonight, so we're walking tomorrow):
Bench press:
50 lbs.-- 3 sets of 10
Military lift:
30 lbs.-- 3 sets of 10
We're talking about trying squats next time. Depends on whether or not my arms still feel dead.
And I know it probably sounds utterly bizarre, but I've found that when I'm working out, trying to get into Ki'Rana's mindset can help me focus and do more. Any other writers out there do stuff like this? :-)

Date: 2006-08-28 03:50 am (UTC)On the exercise front... I'm considering adding to my daily walk by taking a very roundabout path to the school. It will basically quadruple my walk to the school, so I'm timid, but I may give it a shot and see how it goes. You are my motivation. :D

You are my motivation.
:-D Glad to help.
Though speaking of 'motivation', I'm gonna have to watch my little 'anything you can do I can do' competitive streak out there. Normally it's a good thing (like when I was in P.E.), but my company is no longer my equally-scrawny classmates. lol
